Refund Policy
Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds are eligible if:
An order is cancelled before dispatch/service start.
The product received is defective, damaged, or not as described.
The service is not rendered as agreed.
Refunds are not applicable in cases such as change of mind, misuse, or after a digital product/service has been delivered.
Refund Method & Timeline
All refunds will be processed back to the original payment method via Razorpay.
Refunds typically take 5–7 working days depending on the payment method and bank.
For UPI payments, refunds may take 2–7 working days as per bank processing times.
Partial Refunds
If part of an order/service is completed or delivered, a partial refund may be issued at our discretion.
Non-Refundable Charges
Transaction charges, taxes, and processing fees incurred during the original payment may not be refundable.
Requesting a Refund
Customers must email us at [support email/contact form] with their order ID/transaction ID and reason for refund.
Once approved, the refund will be initiated through Razorpay, and you will be notified.
